That depends. Do you feel just as faded as your jeans (alternate measurement for ennui)? Are you willing to sing every song that driver knew? Are you far from Louisiana?

Boredom is usually going from Tedium to Apathy and back with the occasional side trip to Monotony. Going all the way to Ennui is an exception.
Obscure literary reference. But I expect at least a few in this crowd to get it.

I would more prefer to use the unit _trump_ as a measure of mendacity. Most ordinary mendacity would be measured in millitrumps or even microtrumps. The eponymous originator of the term, paradoxically, is known not for his mere trumps, but rather for speaking in tens of kilotrumps.
