# Help me pick a semi-rare Yu-Gee-Oh card

I want to buy a card for someone I love who has many, many cards, but says he never spends more than three dollars or so on one. Here are my criteria:

I’m looking to spend $20-30.  
I want something he probably doesn’t have, that pops up on eBay fairly often.  
I would prefer a card that has a good advantage/disadvantage ratio; or else is super cool.

All advice is appreciated.
