True. White armbands on the 6th throughout my Queen’s engineering years - I’d imagine it was the same in Montreal.
The weirdest thing was that I was in Concordia’s engineering library on Dec 6, 1989. For some reason I liked the study carrels there better than in the other library. Or something.
I didn’t even hear about the massacre until the next morning. No internet, and no tv in my room, I was listening to tapes and studying, not the radio, so I was oblivious until I got the news paper the next day. I did go to the candle light vigil on the 7th.
