# Help me think of an anniversary gift.

My parents will celebrate their 42nd wedding anniversary at the end of Oct, and as usual I am at a complete loss as to what to give them. It can’t be more than a few hundred, as I can’t pay more alone and my brother is in debt up to his hair roots.

He likes gardening, birdwatching and carpentry. She likes the most god-awful knick-knacks, and going out to eat and socialize with friends. They pretty much have everything they NEED. Previous years I have given them a video camera, really nice wind chimes, a birdbath fountain(a big hit, with little resin birds and squirrels on it), and an air purifier.

Suggestions, anyone?
