I read [about this fake Coast Guard boat](http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/aponline/20011102/aponline161520_000.htm) this evening. Apparently it’s trolling around some West Virginia chemical plants on the Kanawha River. Just a WAG. Because it’s taking a while for the news that there’s a possibly dangerous fake boat around to filter up and down the waterfront, and when it puts in an appearance, by the time anybody realizes, “Hey, that’s _that_ boat!”, it’s gone.
