# Help me understand this variation of the recent protests.

Heh. Koster gets some scorn in Missouri Democratic Party circles for switching from GOP to Democrat, but he may now be a better advocate for the Democrats’ ostensible constituencies (the poor & minorities) than Gov. Nixon.

Well, at least Jay Nixon can be considered a jackass now?

The bankruiptcy system is primarily intended for Job Creators. The truly indigent cannot even afford the attorney fees which are almost prerequisite.

For example, consider Donald Trump. He purchased Eastern Air Shuttle, changed the name, borrowed heavily and was able to walk away from those loans. Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. has filed for bankruptcy at least three times (changing names after each bankruptcy). Et cetera. Trump’s companies have had hundreds of millions of dollars of debts waived, but the lawyers were paid and Trump is still Creating Jobs™.

Now that The Party That Loves Ordinary Americans So Very Very Big™ has control of both houses of Congress, will there be increased effort to help the debt problems of our poorest?
