There was a made for TV movie many years ago about a terrorist group that built a small nuclear device. They had it on a boat in the harbor of some American east coast city. I forget what the group was demanding. The movie was from the point of view of one of the newscasts in the city. Eventually the bomb blew up. Anyone remember the name?
