I was about to start another thread with this trivia challenge when I remembered this thread of yours. I have yet to look up the answer but the question is prompted by way of a comment that [Guy Pearce](http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001602/) made in the Q&A session with the cast of _The King’s Speech_ (which we watched on a Netflix disc last night) where he said he had appeared in two recent Best Pictures.

The question is: which movie actor (either gender) has appeared in the most Best Pictures (Academy Awards versions)?

I NEED categories to narrow down my trivia knowledge, so I’ll just pick presidents.

What was Ulysses Grant’s given middle name?
-He didn’t have one, he made up S. because he wasn’t allowed to enroll in the military without one.

Gerald Ford was asked to play professional football for two teams, who were they?
-Lions and Packers, he passed on it to become an assistant coach at Yale.

What was Ronald Reagan’s nickname in college.
-Crazy Legs, he had mad football skills too.

His middle name, which was what he always went by, was Ulysses and his first name was Hiram. He became “Ulysses S. Grant” while at West Point due to a clerical error, which he apparently was happy to live with.
