Well, it looks like Snopes is coming down solidly on the side of hoax. They seem to have tracked the guy who owned the PayPal account to a Pro-life blog.

I went ahead and broke the link in the OP. Anyone who wants to see aborted fetus pictures can copy and paste.
Thank you. I don’t know when they did that, the Snopes outing first happened at least a week ago, and PayPal kicked them out but they were looking at finding “another way” to accept donations.
This evening was the first I’d read about the aborted fetus pix.
