# Help my with Hypochondria about this itch, please.

Okay, so I have an itch and immediately my mind spins out of control. That’s what I mean by hypochondria. All it is is that have had this itch on my leg for more than a month now. It itches like a mosquito bite, but I don’t think it is. There’s just this little spot which doesn’t look like a bite of any kind. My mind immediately runs to all sorts of bad scenarios. I will get this checked out if I need to, but just to take the edge of nerves, can anyone please give me some completely harmless explanations. Thanks in advance.

It’s proably eczema or dry skin. try moisturizer.
