# Help needed with FIOS TV and TiVo hookup!

We just got FIOS TV installed this afternoon, but they don’t support TiVo. My husband can make big computers sing, but doesn’t do well with home electronics. Can someone tell us how to hook the TiVo up to the FIOS digital box so we can use the TiVo? Thanks!

TiVos work fine with FiOS; Verizon just wants to sell you their crappy DVR instead. You should be able to set it up exactly the same way as with cable – connect the video out from the FiOS box to the TiVo and make sure the IR emitter is pointed at the FiOS box, and reconfigure the TiVo to match the new box.
