# HELP, what's the title of this movie?

Does anybody know the title of this movie or maybe it was a tv film from years ago?

I remember it being an english movie or at least taking place in the UK.  
It’s about a very young girl (around 10, 11 years young) with long brown hair that’s being offered as a prostitute by her (step)father.  
The family is a lower income family with lots of problems, mom as I remember has short curly blond hair. The “dad” takes the girl to a place to have sex with men who are paying him, it’s some sort of temporary container unit with a small wooden stair to the door and the inside is like a bedroom, bed and all.  
I do remember somebody finding out about it and trying to help the girl.

This movie made such an emotional impact on me I need to see it again but I can’t find it anywhere and can’t remember the name.
