# Help with subscription renewal

I just logged on to renew, 2 hours before my subscription runs out, but it says it’s already expired and it wants to charge me double now, I guess because of the time difference between where I’m at and Chicago. I totally forgot about that. Can someone please fix this and re-instate me as a charter member?

Try it again – but do it today, please.
