No, wait. I’m indoors. Sounds like it’s really coming down. There was a flash of lightning. I counted eight, so a couple of miles away. The thunder shook the house.

Yeah it’s like that up here on Vancouver Island as well. I hope this means we aren’t going to have a repeat of last years fall/winter where we had 6 months of rain or snow. Last year we had snow on the ground for 3 months straight! I’m used to winters with little or no snow at all. And it rained so much that life long west coasters were even complaining about it.

I don’t think we will. I bought a pair of cross-country skis specifically so that I could get out and about if we get another snow like last year’s. Therefore, we won’t. 😛
