We saw the people who bought the house across the street upon returning from the movies Saturday. Mrs. Plant (v.3.0) asked them, “Are you are no neighbors?” and began a vague, polite conversation. Had it been I asked the question I should have responded, “No, we are robbing the place. Please don’t tell; we will cut you in.” ---

I had a somewhat productive day until I sat down and fell asleep. I still need a nap every day. I need to call one friend back, eventually because I can’t always handle hearing about her issues at her job. Her co-workers are mean, the ones who invite her to lunch and then sneak out without her. Now they made some nasty comments behind her back and one of them repeated them to her. She gets upset, I’d look them in the eye and ask them when they were going to grow the hell up. Besides all they did was call her the devil, but she as a good Christian took offense, I would have just given them a wicked smile and said if you didn’t know it before you’ll be sure to know it now. Whatever, she is a grown ass adult, let the children play, do your damn job and work on finding another one. If she stopped letting it get to her they stop their stupid games. My mother called but I won’t call her back until tomorrow because the last time we talked she started her shit again - yelling at me for something from 10+ years ago, at which point I got pissed and told her that her bullshit behavior is exactly the reason why _I don’t call her_. Every time we talk she has something shitty to say, or blames me for something that isn’t my responsibility, or brings up something I did a zillion years ago because we all know I am such a god awful horrible horrible HORRIBLE person! I told the latest telemarketer, who called here three times in two hours, that Sari is deceased. The dummie didn’t know what to say to that, so he squeaked out an I’m sorry and hung up. Then I got a weird ass call that I didn’t answer. I looked the number up and it was a business that I thought a friend might be working for. I called back thinking it might be important. Best the two of us could figure out is that somebody spoofed her number because it’s her (the business owner’s) cell phone, nobody else had used it, we don’t know each other but we had a 10 minute conversation anyway. Obviously both of us are the type who can have conversations with somebody we don’t know, about something we don’t know, and enjoy it. Probably because she didn’t have anything to bitch about. ---
