I just dropped a post with a link that was obscenely long. How do you just type in “here” and connect to the link?

Replacing the { }'s with 's. And don’t forget the quotes, expecially if you have two or more links in your post.

Using the ‘search’ funtion, I found some other coding info posted by members in the past that might come in handy one day. You can find the links in [this](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=91699) thread. I’ve bookmarked them for reference.
