So y’all think this is a joke huh? I got news for some of you then. That fucking Cowboy wasn’t telling a joke. And there was more than one in the bar where that “joke” got started. I live near some “Cowboys” who tell this joke but mean it. If I’m not mistaken one of 'em is from Montana too. The other one just carries a big stick. He’s not really a Cowboy though he just thinks he is, call 'em dudes or drugstore. And another thing…WTF? How in the hell does cowboy = evil? The few real wranglers that I’ve known were all damned good folk. Now that I got that said… 😉 A man (of questionable ancestry and heritage) overheard two men in conversation. “Mitakuye Oyasin” proclaimed the native Sioux. Nodding his head in agreement, the dark complected fellow (possibly from the Middle East, Arab perhaps) replied, “Insha Allah, Alhamdulillah” then looked at the stranger, a “Cowboy”, and smiled. The poor ignorant “dude” could barely speak his own language. How could he be expected to understand the “heathens” that were obviously conspiring against him. So, Bubba pulled out his six-shooter and killed the fuckers. That’ll teach’em to look at me like that…now what kinda story am I gonna tell 'em back in Texas. 😃 ---

As someone who has worked in American Indian affairs for an a long time now, the _real_ punchline is: The Montana cowboy shifts his toothpick to one side of his mouth and from the darkness beneath his Stetson says in a drawl, “That’s ‘cause we ain’t played Cowboys and Muslims yet, but I do believe it’s a-comin’.” And at that point the American Indian says, "and when you do, _they’ll steal your fucking land!"_ ---

I personaly find the joke very funny. It’s probably because I don’t belong in any of the aforementioned ethnic or religious groups. I simply take the joke at face value. Nothing more, Nothing less. ---

Thanks for clearing that up, Mr **Lib**. Nothing worse than an incorrect rascist joke, huh? Although they do often seem to go hand in hand (rascism and ignorance). I was thinking about passing that joke around here at work, but I’m afraid some of my co-workers would find it quite amusing and would thank me for sharing. And that I do not want. ---
