# Heroes (02/23/09) “Cold Wars”

I’m certain they don’t. With the bad blood between Pete and Nathan now, I doubt they were very chatty after the Pinehearst fire. And when Nathan came to see Pete to ask him to join the dark side, he _did_ ask “what can you do these days,” and Pete was rather deliberately vague.

Yeah, I have a feeling he asked that question think that Peter could absorb all powers. I think it was meant as “How many powers have you found?”

That was my thought too, and Peter was vague because he didn’t want Nathan to catch on to the one-at-a-time thing. Not like Nathan was keeping a low profile on his “must contain this mystery threat” platform, and Pete probably felt that the less Nathan knew, the better.
