I find it hard to agree with the general consensus that the attitude of terrorism in the middle east is just an aberration instead of the norm. To be honest, I have a hard time getting my head around the phrase “told to believe.” Who told you to believe anything? Why did you listen to them? As an adult, I don’t really remember ever being told to believe things and I find the use of the phrase in an adult strange (and likely indicative of the core problem). I take in data from a variety of sources and then form opinions that can be changed as new data comes in, no one told me to believe something. ---
