With New Orleans being in its present condition, you may bump right back up to number 2 in a hurry. I’m reminded of Marion Barry’s famous quote about Washington DC - “Outside of the killings, Washington has one of the lowest crime rates in the country.” ---

My boss made that point just a moment ago **engineer\_comp\_geek**. It really is insane how a such relatively small city can have so much violence. An aquaintence of mine was murdered here while jogging a year ago. Did they really think he went jogging with his wallet?
