It’s not the _mice_ that are dumb, it’s bagging them. Obviously, if you’re going to bag mice, you want to make sure they’re dry. Otherwise they’ll mildew. ---

Thank you, **Brownie55**. I’ve been here since '99 and never inspired a Pit thread. I feel complete now. Just for the record, I did not call you a liar. I said you were distorting something. I have no idea whether it was intentional, and therefore a type of lie, or just carelessness. I saw your string of rather testy responses some hours later, when I next visited the SDMB. I sorry if my having a life translates into “cowardice” where you come from. The next time I’m logging off and will be away from the board for an extended period, I’ll make a general announcement so that over-excited, yipping Internet chihuahas don’t work themselves up and piddle on the floor. (Not that I’m talking about you, of course. You’re a mighty oak of calm and reason.) So, to recap: thank you, you were wrong to say that I called you a liar, you were wrong to accuse me of cowardice, and no piddling. ---

For that matter how about a study comparing the dumbness of a bag of wet mice and a bag of hair the previous gold standard of dumbness. ---
