If you don’t know the difference between a solid red light and a flashing red light - go to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200. If DOT put up signs explaining the damn lights and you still screw it up - go straight to hell, don’t wait, go now.

Due to the fires in this area (Sonoma, Ca.) a lot of the lights were either out altogether or doing the blinky thing. Most drivers got it, but some of them just sailed right though. To be fair, they were probably texting about how horrible traffic was and never noticed the light. :smack:
