Precisely.
I once watched a bit of Hannity and Colmes, and she came on. They were talking about this column she had recently written about Clinton called Moby’s Dick, and Colmes said something like “why can’t you get over Clinton?”
And then she said something like “You’re the one who needs to get over him, you keep defending him!”
And then Sean Hannity parroted her.
It was pathetic.

Is she married?
Anyway, yes, I think she’s a self-hating female and she knows what date-rape is.
I figured out the key to understanding Ann Coulter. It has to do with Back to the Future. She has been running around in that time machine. She has all the wisdom of a 19 year old 1985 eating disorder preppie spaz, and it has just been flashed into our modern day and age. I don’t know why the only thing that has aged about her in the past 20 years is her face. But I’ll tell you it looks scary to see that 2004 face stuck on that 1985 body. Talk about an anachronism. This is why she scares us. She goes against the law of time-space and all that. Very scary.
I think she’s a wiotch.

I maintain my theory. Ann Coulter is an actress, and a very good one for that matter. In real life, she’s reasonable and polite. She enjoys riding her bicycle with her husband and never misses “30 Minute Meals” with Rachel Ray. On weekends she volunteers at a local soup kitchen and is a “Big Sister” to a little girl named Angela.
But when it’s time to go to work, she puts on her arch-conservative mask and is good to go. The loving person becomes the icy dominatrix we all know and hate.
I’m only half kidding by the way. I don’t necessarily believe the above about Coulter (no one is that good an actor), but I do believe some of these right wing talking heads are in it because it’s a lucrative business, and don’t necessarily espouse the beliefs they’re endorsing.

Let’s be clear here – she’s not talking about _most_ Wiccans – but that one supposed “professional counselor” from Maine, for example, definitely qualifies as a _wiotch_!

Sorry, I’m just trying to get my slang to catch on so I’m using it everywhere. You know how it is!
Speaking of made-up expressions, I reread that quote and realized that there is no such thing as pseudo-rape or virtual-rape. What’s virtual rape supposed to be, like cyber rape?
She could have said, “not date rape, but real rape” but she did not have the guts or something, so she made up two other types of non-counting rape. What the fuck is psuedo rape anyway? I don’t like how she snuck this crazy bullshit into a sentence.
She totally is making up more slang than me.

Personally, Ann’s opinions on things overwhelmingly mostly make me shudder in revulsion.
She’s still got some serious foxitude, visually speaking, however.
Unfortunately, that’s the _only_ context in which I find her attractive.

Please understand. I am not happy about this. Not gloating at all. You will just have to take my word for it. Someone has thrown a cream pie at Coulter. Fortunately, it barely nipped her shoulder. No injury except to her dignity.
Hmmm. I guess that means no injury at all.

Is it okay to use a damp paper towel to get mac and cheese off the monitor?

That basically sums it up. That parenthetical remark implying that date rape somehow isn’t “real” was completely unneccessary, and the fact that she just threw it in like that, without considering that it was _rape_ she was talking about, is just inhuman.
(My personal theory is that Coulter is a robot. Just look at those cold, lifeless eyes.)

People, you’ve all missed the point. It’s pretty obvious that Ann Coulter is actually a performance artist who’s dedicated her life to satirizing a conservative mindset so extreme that it borders on insanity. There’s no way anyone could actually believe the crazy stuff she’s saying. And I, for one, admire the way so many conservatives go along with the joke and pretend they’re taking Coulter seriously, while chuckling inwardly and saying to themselves, “Is that how ordinary people see us? Wow, I guess I better pull back on the more extreme rhetoric. Thanks, Ann, for holding up the mirror before we went too far and discredited our entire ideology.”

I don’t know. I recently visited the Young Republicans booth at the mall (before Coulter came to visit our school) and they were talking about how they hoped to get Coulter to come speak because she’s such a role model and she’s the anti-stereotypical Republican woman.
They really meant it, too.
