# Hey Everybody - Happy Pi Day !!!

They have Pi approximation day on July 22nd.

As we’ve done every year for about a decade, we’ve hosted Pie Day at our house. No real math; people just come round with a pie, and we have a massive pie potluck, gorging ourselves silly. It’s my favorite holiday.

Yes, I wondered that myself. For me and my wife it was also our wedding anniversary (49th). Back in 1964, the idea of pi-day had not be invented. My grandson posted on FB that it was also National Potato Chip day.
