Ssskuggiii hit the nail on the head (no pun intended). This pretty much speaks for me, too. Particularly the part about stopping to build up more intensity.

But my clitoris doesn’t like personal questions. I mean, if it won’t even explain it to me, why should it respond to a stranger???

But to answer the OP, it really depends, but typically 5-10 minutes, of course that’s just a guesstimate, I don’t tend to carry around a stopwatch.
