# Hey Ladies! In the Mood for Something that Tastes Salty?

Try sunflower seeds. I know some people don’t consider eating sunflower seeds to be very lady like (due to the spitting). However, they are very good.

My granddaddy taught me how to spit at a young age, and I still do it well. I personally think it’s fun 🙂 Sunflower seeds are the best!

Mansauce only tastes salty if you eat spicy food first or so someone told me…
As for sunflower seeds, no spitting needed just get them as kernals.
