Well, I say “hella” a lot, as in “that hella sucks” or “you’re hella bootsy” (oh yeah, I like “bootsy” too), but I haven’t met too many people outside the Bay Area who use the word.
When I find something particularly cool I’m apt to exclaim, “Yo, that’s the dope show, wow!” (with “wow” inflected as you would normally inflect “yo” at the end of a sentence, if you were in fact the type of person to add a “yo” to the end of your sentence in the first place). Can’t say it’s an expression that’s really caught on, though.
