Don’t even start! Think of this as a preemptive effort to prevent your being crushed under an avalanche of disdain and contempt. Clearly, if the “sport” were worth playing, America would have won, we didn’t, so that’s that.
See the monitor? Good! See the keyboard? Unplug it. Turn off the computer, disassemble and remove various key parts to disparate locations. This is for your own good. Better you should get drunk and goad a bull.
But we just don’t want to hear about it, OK?

Yeah, I think it’s a crime how people are forced to read threads about subjects they aren’t interested in. Why, earlier today three people broke into my house, tied me to my desk chair, and made me read every single word of the 2010 election forum. I’m planning to file a formal complaint as soon as I can figure out who sent them.

**elucidator** missed out on all the fun. The shattered shin bones. The cleated kick to the chest. Just the thought of the sweaty bodies of all those young men after two or three hours of running the field in the cold South African night.
Oooh and my imported gazpacho was so good with sour cream and a little imported Spanish chili olive oil under the buttery croutons on the bottom. I have been so prepared for this final game!
**Rune** , just leave the women out of your statement about Americans and I will go along with it. Remember the United States Women’s Team has won the World Cup. We understand these things.
BTW, I watched all of the Danish games.

I believe that **elucidator** is being witty! RedFury was definitely behind his team. But he hasn’t posted in the World Cup thread since before the Final. I’m hoping he enjoyed watching his side win as part of a big crowd!
