Next Tuesday rawks. See above comments by other members, re: Thanksgiving prep, for reasoning. My apologies to **amarinth** seeing as how you won’t be there next week and I can’t make it tonight. **Cervaise** , I had a long weekend of faux bachelorhood in September. The only time I was fully clothed was when I had a friend over with the work LCD projector and we spent a day watching B movies projected onto the wall. Beer, pork rinds and Flash Gordon. Pure, unadulterated bliss, I tells ya. As for the team name issue, if we’re looking for something that evokes an image of the downfall of Elvis, I suggest “Alone in a bathroom with a bottle of prescription painkillers.” Long, true, but I feel it gets the message across. 😃 ---

**Cervaise** , **inkysplotchy** will probably be there sooner, but I haven’t heard from him yet today. I’ll email him. I won’t get there until 7:15 or so. **E. Thorp** , trust me, no one is some kind of freaky supergenius trivia nut. (Unless they’re keeping it secret, which would be mean.) You’ll fit in fine. I’ll bring the Cecil Adams book again, which is a large-size paperback copy of the first Straight Dope book with a predominantly yellow cover. I think you make 6; will we have more? If so, the second person there should snag a second table so we’re within the legal team limit. ---

We’ll probably be there a little before 7:00 for dinner as well, so **Cervaise** and **inkysplotchy** can find us. If we’re there first, we’ll try to get the table we had last time we attended. **E. Thorp** already knows what I look like, so you shouldn’t need to risk exposing the book to tobacco smoke, spilt beer and the like. ---

I don’t know if 4 points constitutes a crushing, lest we say they crushed us the previous two times(bot hof which they won by 4 points…) And, they did only have 3 people this week. A good victory, yes, but I wouldn’t say crushed until two full strength squads go at it. But that’s just me. ---

Pretty sure I’m in too. I’ll be Christmas shopping in Fremont, where there’s a shop selling jewelry my wife likes. Now if I could only remember which @#$%\* shop it is. That’s about how much I enjoy shopping. Will be looking forward to a nearby opportunity for a pint, conversation, and funny questions. ---
