It’s pretty much up to traffic – I’ll get there sometime between 6:40 and 7:30, but probably right around 7:00. Is **Lady Aguecheek** coming, or just Mr. Cheek? ---

**Lady Cheek** will be making an appearance. If there’s more than six of us, however, she’ll be more than happy to sit back and participate in the social aspect of the evening and forgo the trivial. She was feeling kinda bad last week that she didn’t contribute to the win, and wants to make sure that nobody doesn’t get to play as a result of a non-Doper showing up. If she _does_ play, I think it would be more fair if a winning pot were split into five rather than six like it was last time, just 'cause she and I pool our money anyways and that would turn out to be more for everyone. We’ll be eating at home tonight, so should be there sometime after 7. ---

As long as the two of you are only putting in one dollar, I have no problem giving you 1/5 of the pot. Otherwise I’d feel bad. I’m thinking there will be six of us total. Should be good. **inky** , do the Y and get there when you can. We’ll deal with whatever table. ---

I had a great time last night – we did as well as we could’ve expected. I’ve started to dread nights that seem easy, because it always turns out someone else thought it was even easier than you did. At least Elvis wasn’t the _only_ team to beat us. (And did anyone write down all those team name candidates?) Sorry to disappear so suddenly at the end – I didn’t realize half the table had to settle bar tabs until I was outside. Normally I say goodbye. Next week it’s the pop culture-oriented woman again. Mayhap we’ll do better that time. ---

Hee. We stepped out after settling up and saw…no one. We figured you’d probably had to dash, no worries on our part. I’ll brainstorm with **E. Thorp** on team names and write 'em down. Feel free to post any more, and we’ll add them to the list. We won’t be able to make it next week, as I’m hosting Movie Night at work and then going straight to a midnight showing of RoTK. ---

Is anyone on for this Tuesday? Or is everyone being sucked into the RotK premiere? After this week, I may not be able to come until Jan. 6 or 13 – maybe next week, but we’ll be packing for NYC, so it’s going to depend on readiness. ---

Unfortunately, the demands of shopping and vacation preparation mean I’m not going to get there tonight – and likely not next week, either, but anything’s possible at this point. And I just talked to **inkysplotchy** , who’s also busy tonight, so I’m thinking there will be no Dope presence this week unless **amarinth** , **Cervaise** and/or **pendgwen** are going. You’ll have to come back through town, **Rick** , there’s just no two ways about it. ---

It’s possible I’ll be up for next week, but I’m not betting on it. I will be out of town (in New York City) for the post-Christmas week, but **inkysplotchy** will be in town and others may be able to make it. Y’all have fun without me. I’m back in town in time for the following week (1/6), and if I’m not dead on my feet, I’ll be there. ---
