Its not completely accurate either. Unless you’re in my direct chain of command I don’t actually work for you or take orders from people just because they work for the gov’t. (unless ordered to do so by my chain of command)

Not bad at first scan, especially for federal regulations, but …

Why do they bounce between present and future? Why the hell do you people have to use words like “nonreceipt”, especially for a _head stone?_

However, I forgive everything else, just the use of ‘ensure’, rather than ‘insure’ or ‘assure’.

And, thank you **opal** ; it was a joke.

(Sort of. 90% of the time people don’t do things correctly, the instructions they are following are gibberish; 9% of the time, people haven’t read the instructions, because most instructions are gibberish. The other 1% of the time, someone is just being a piss-ant, petty-ass, passive-aggressive pain in the ass.)
