Every week. Every week at this time, I eagerly await for Onion website to update so I can get my fresh Onion articles, right away. FRESH Onion articles. So what do I get this time? RECYCLED Onion articles. That’s right. There’s “Clinton Deploys Very Special Forces To Iraq”, [still in the archives,](http://www.theonion.com/onion3502/very_special_forces.html) except now it is [“U.S Deploys Very Special Forces To Iraq”](http://www.theonion.com/onion3844/very_special_forces.html), with Clinton references changed to Bush references. There’s “Male Orgasm Captured On Film”, “Garage Band Actually Believes There’s Terre Haute Sound”… and, you know, they’re good articles, but they’re recycled! What’s going on in here? Is there a logical explanation which doesn’t involve Onion guys being lazy? I need to know that there’s a logical explanation which doesn’t involve Onion guys being lazy. I mean, if they just needed to take a week off, they could do as always and just announce Onion’s returning with fresh articles next week - but this doesn’t look good. This looks like a… _clip show._ ---

Are you sure it’s all recycled? I recognize the top stories, but the “News in Brief”, “Other News”, and Infographic/What do you think?/Horoscope don’t ring any bells. ---

The “News in Brief” was at least partly recycled. I remember “Upset Woman Forced to Re-Sigh Louder” from an earlier issue. As for the recycling, I don’t like it, but it’s a little better than just not putting up a new issue, like they sometimes do. ---

No, **chula** the whole ish isn’t a rehash. But that’s beside the point. I’d rather see no issue at all than some of the crap they’ve been printing. I’m glad I cancelled my print subscription ages ago, honestly. And AFAIC, the MAD parody was pretty damn accurate on many points. ---

It’s because it’s Thanksgiving week and they’re not publishing new stuff. Normally they just put up a note saying that they are taking a couple of weeks off (the hardcopy will feature all the recycled material), but this time they actually put it up online, as well. ---

I’m pretty sure the enitre thing is recycled. I know I’ve read all the main articles and news in briefs before, and the infographic and What do You Think also ring a bell (a pretty funny bell, to be fair, but…) The least they could have done would be to run a message that says “we are on vacation, so in the meantime, enjoy one of our favorite past issues,” instead of sneaking in and changing all the “Clintons” to “Bushes.” ---
