# Hey, where'd my charter go?

I just noticed my charter fell off my member. Did my subscription run out? I didn’t see anything in my inbox.

A lot of Charters are gone. They’re working on it.

I’ve also noticed that a lot of long-timers are now “Guests”. I assume that’s another upgrade glitch that will eventually be resolved?

I still have my charter ( **crosses fingers** ), but my subscription renewal is no longer half price. Is this a bug that’ll be fixed at some point, or is it a new policy?
