Hello All, I’ve been a lurker forever and enjoy the exchanges and information I’ve learned. I recently posted a few comments but apparently my brain is not working on all cylinders because I had to put out other posts explaining who I was responding to. Have I given everyone a headache yet? Anyway, happy to be on board. ---

You have not upset anyone too bad if you have to ask that question. These folks will let you know if you piss them off. I have found that they tend to be fairly patient with newbies for a few minutes. Not weeks, nor days, but minutes at best. IHTH. 48. ---

I assume you have figured this out already, but in case you haven’t - use the “Quote” button if you are responding to a particular post (and want it obvious that that is what you are replying to), “Post Reply” if you are responding to the thread in general rather than to a particular post within it. ---

Instead of “Well, I don’t agree with that,” people here are more likely to say, “That’s incredibly ignorant, and you obviously don’t know the first thing about the topic.” It gets harsh here! Welcome! The cool thing is that you can debate politics, or ask the weirdest question about just about anything. You will almost always get an answer. Often it is correct, at least about weird stuff. ---
