These are some of folks around here whose positions are far more conservative than mine, but with whom I can generally carry on a civilized, rational debate; I recognize that they reach their different positions not out of ignorance, but out of some different principles and a different understanding of the implications of the facts.

Which leftists on the board do you think can carry on rational debate?
