I have a file with a lot of comments on cells. I know I can hide them individually, and I’m guessing that they wouldn’t be a factor when I import the file to Access; but is there a way to hide or delete all comments in a file? ---

Which version of Excel? If I go to the Review tab in excel 2010, there is a menu item saying “Show/Hide Comments” Does this do what you want? ---
