Not everyone who skips reunions is bitter or has no positive memories of High School. I was just a regular teen living my life. I had some fun times and very little trauma. It’s just that I hate driving to L.A. and I don’t care what happened to the rest of my class one way or the other with the exception of the few people who are still good friends and I see a few times a year anyway. ---

My 10th should be next year. I’m looking forward to it, since I’m smart, successful, and good-looking. 😃 Added bonus if I’m still dating my also smart, successful, and good-looking boyfriend at that point. ---

I went to my first high school reunion. Our 35th. I had a great time. Most of the persons who I may have not cared for had grown older and wiser. A wonderful weekend ---

I’m in touch with one person who was not in my graduating class, and there are several people I’d love to know about, but they are always on the list of people they can’t find. What’s the point in going? I really have no interest in the other people, and I loathe the place where I was trapped during my HS years. Bible belt, hate groups, screwy politics and the people who support all of that. I figure the people who don’t want to be found probably feel the way I do and that’s why they can’t be found. Most of the people I went to HS with never left, and that says a lot. ---

I didn’t go to my 10th because it seemed pointless and too expensive to fly out there anyway.
