It’s been quite a while since we had a thread for single dopers to mingle and exchange witty double entendres, compose bon mots, inquire as to how various individuals are doin’, and other faux-sophisticated things that we single dopers tend towards when the situation arises. So, being a single doper myself, and having relatively little shame, I figured I’d start one. To all the single ladies of the dope, umm, you are all precious jewels of radiant intelligence and sparkling winsome feminine perfection. Particularly my minor-crush-object-du-jour, the ever-intriguing **Miss Purl McKnittington**. ---

Sorry to crush your romantic endeavors, **MaxTheVool** , but we’ve received word in the past that the Reader doesn’t want the SDMB to be used as a personals section. We’ve had posters flirt in existing threads (more than a handful of couples of met here), but a thread devoted to such is, at this point, not allowed.
