These fine Christians would have us believe that they are compelled by their beliefs to point out just out evil some of us sinners are. Nope, **carrot** , the Bible don’t say nothing bout no annulments, and they shore ain’t Cathylicks. So **'brew** , I assume you have a cite for me showing that one or the other has been previously married? ('Cos I didn’t even know they were engaged until yesterday.) Oh, and what about the “saving for the cause of fornication” disclaimer? Reckon that might be their out? ---

I can see that you don’t feel that **Homebrew** ’s post is worthy of a response because of its tone. Although I don’t presume familiarity with you, as we don’t know each other, I’d like to offer that the **substance** of **Homebrew** ’s question is something I’ve wondered about myself. Obviously you are under no obligation to answer my questions, but I hope you understand that my interest is sincere. Is it true that either you or **Joe\_Kool** have been married before? Do you feel that, by marrying again and functioning as husband and wife, that you will be going against the _letter_, if not the _intent_, of the passage that **Homebrew** quoted from the gospels? In all fairness to **Joe Cool** and **Jersey Diamond** , I haven’t seen either of them telling people that they’re going to hell or that they’re behaviour is sinful recently. I realize that we are probably going to disagree on homosexuality until Judgement Day, but I can’t see this changing that situation, and I haven’t read either of them say anything objectionable in a long time. Last time I thought I had, it turned out to be on another message board, and it was my error in accusing one of them of having done so. Now, if you want to get into an impersonal knock-down drag out about divorce and adultery vs. homosexuality, it could be fun, but can it wait until after Thanksgiving? I’ve got people waiting for me!
