# History geeks say thanks to Dave Liep

I stumbled across this site today. It has all the presidential [election returns](http://uselectionatlas.org/USPRESIDENT/index.html) going back to the beginning. The more recent election results include county-by-county returns, and most are color coded so you can see how big the margin of victory was in each state. I especially like the “What Ifs.” This is obviously an individual who can spend as much time nutsing around with a spreadsheet as I can.
