# History's Greatest Protein Bar

I used to eat these and now only do so occasionally. The ones with lots of fibre may be healthier but are often a chore to eat. A few really do taste like chocolate and are pleasant to eat - they tend to have sugar alcohols and little fibre. I personally care about the taste and nutrition, but not whether it is made of just a few pure ingredients lovingly harvested by leprechauns dancing under a midnight sun. I like meat and do not really need to supplement, but often prefer liquids to solids…
