My voice is still very hoarse from yelling Sunday night during the Super Bowl. Is there anything I can do to help it?

Rest it. Don’t talk. Hoarseness comes from inflammation of the larynx and rest is best. I guess in extreme cases a doctor might prescribe some sort of steroid like cortisone.

Some people like to drink tea with honey or lemon or some such thing but this is just to give you something to do while you’re waiting to get better. The larynx is in the trachea and fluids you drink don’t go there.
