We have beer, soda, and food. If anyone wants to bring anything, it’s completely up to them. ---

I’ll be there around 3-ish. My honey-do list took more time than expected this morning. ---

Just got home. We’re fine 🙂 Dominic slept most of the ride back, as is to be expected. Sorry for showing up several hours late :X We had a great time, despite my low blood pressure LOL ---

And now, everyone has been suitably sacrificed and the real work starts. I mean, I have the dishes to do, and it’s all done. Thanks for coming, everyone! ---

**Tark** and the **children** and I had a horrible time. The food sucked, the people were jerks, and our hosts were rude, uncooperative, and unhelpful. And you guys KNOW I’m kidding. Great time…glad we got there early, big thanks to **Gingy** for bleaching my hair, glad we could help out some yesterday morning, everyone was just as nice as pie, **BabyDoors** is actually as adorable as they kept on saying he was, so that was kind of a relief (none of those “Wow, he’s really…something” comments necessary). The drive home was (thank gawrd) smooth and uneventful. We simply MUST do it again some time. Only without gaping head wounds. ---

We made it in about midnight, safe and sound. Thanks, **Ginger** and **Dave** for yet another incredibly fun evening. 🙂 Robin ---

We made it home, safe and sound. Thanks, **Dave** & **Gingy** for once again hosting a wonderful shindig. We had a blast, as always. And we’re seriously gonna work on something for the spring, so keep your eyes and ears out. ---

It isn’t a complete weekend with Hama and the Fama-ly unless there’s gaping head wounds and hair dye. It just isn’t the same. ---

Fine, next time YOU dye your hair and let one of THEIR kids have the gaping head wound. 😛 ---

I wanted to come, but was dealing with a flooded basement, sick children, an out-of-town spouse and a deathly ill (read: hypochondriac) FIL. When it rains, it pours. Literally. Right into the basement. Maybe next time. [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/holiday-dopefest-weird-north-style/134422.md?page=4)
