# Holy Cow! I Just discovered the Threaded Option

All this time I have been reading SDMB in a chronological fashion, which is ok, I am used to it. But man can it be confusing following long threads. I think I will try the threaded option and see if that helps.

It helps the first time through the thread, but the second time through the thread you have to read the entire thread all over again to see all of the posts that have been posted since your first read-through.

What are you referring to, what is different about the view, and how does one access it?

At the top, below the "Post Reply button, but on the right hand side, there is a dropdown that says “Display Modes”. There is an option for threaded, or even hybrid, which is really cool.
