I mean, I knew she would but it was still the scariest thing I have ever done. That moment when you’re on your knee looking up, waiting for a response…I’ve been to Iraq twice, I’ve almost died more than I’d like to think about…I’d rather deploy anytime then have to propose again. ---

It isn’t much, but I’m a poor student. What was funny was she just stood there looking at me smiling for like, thirty seconds. I said, “Well…?” Then she starts nodding her head being all happy and girly. NEVER want to go through that again! ---
