[http://www.unrealtechnology.com/html/technology/ue30.shtml](http://www.unrealtechnology.com/html/technology/ue30.shtml) When the tournament version comes out, will anyone bother playing, or will they be too busy oggling the scenery! ---

I’m going to start saving for a new video card right now. That looks really freakin’ cool. ---

New video card, hell. It’s time to block off the spare bedroom and install a Cray. 🙂 ---

Bump, because I’m sure there are more UT fans who wish to comment on this and never saw the thread. How much is a Cray btw? Can I get one on E-bay? Do they take souls as payment? ---

As Uncle Cecil points out, the average computer of today is equal to a circa [1985 Supercomputer](http://www.straightdope.com/columns/030704.html) for 1/6000 of the price. Crays are big and passe, but would proabably still be helpful for rendering polygons. ---

A Cray? To hell with that. Give it an extra year, and you’ll be able to play this game on your iPod. ---

There was a picture floating around of a side-by-side comparison of Malcom from the three engines. I’ll try to dig it up, but 3.0 looked amazing. ---
