I am new to this forum but good god why do so many threads have to be “hijacked” by pompous fools that just want to display what they learned in class the day before. Fuck the minutia (i know spelling, just to pissed off to click Dictionary dot com) Is it really necessary for dumb asses to try to impress us with what their teacher said? I really like this forum, I respect that many (most) members are my intellectual superiors, but for fuck’s sake, does every topic need to turn into a dick measuring contest? Or an attempt to prove that you learned more in your AdvacnedStatisticoBioChemPhyEngCalc class than all the people before you did? I promise you, we are out here, we have forgotten (yea spelling SMD) more than you know. PLEASE NOTICE THAT I DID NOT DIRECT ANY INSULTS AT INDIVIDUALS. How interesting. A rant against well-informed and studied debate. On a message board devoted to fighting ignorance. Perhaps you should find someplace where “Are too!” “Are not!” “Are too!” is an accepted form of argument. Because without facts and the erudition to arrange them into coherent arguments, that’s all that’s left. ---

Well, I have to say, I haven’t noticed the phenomenon about which the OP complains. Possibly, I’m just missing all the threads in which it happens, but I spend truly unhealthy amounts of time on here, so I doubt it’s that. It could be that the OP is seeing things that don’t exsist, in which case he needs to get a grip. Or lastly, I’m a part of the problem that the OP is complaining about, in which case he needs to go fuck himself. I think the best way to settle which of the preceding possibilities is an actuallity is for him to provide an example of the perceived problem, which would allow us to individually examine the evidence and come to our own conclusions as regards the validity of the OP. In other words, ya gotta link? ---

Well, I don’t want to mention any names, but the person who wrote that last post needs to realize that the person who started this thread doesn’t want to mention who is actually doing the thing that bugs him for fear that certain unnamed parties will disagree with him and call him a pencil-dick. And not to get into any specifics, but in my dick-measuring experience that sort of thing can really hurt feelings, so it’s understandable that whoever started this thread would want to avoid that. ---

Despite serving my country in combat as a Paratrooper in the US Army, I am really afraid of insults from the likes of you. I tried to admit my mistake, and even admitted that my penis was small. But do you really fail to understand why, when a person is accused of being afraid of mean nasty insults (that was meant as sarcasm) from anonymous people on the internet, they may offer the fact that they were a combat vet in order to attempt to show that the original claim was baseless? I do regret boasting about serving in the military, it is not appropriate. I was recently informed that a friend with whom I had served, had been killed in Iraq. It has made me a little upset, and made me start dwelling on my time in the Army. I should not have mentioned it, and I apologize.
