Anniversary of what? My join day is Nov. 24. I have four of these badges going back to 2018.

Yeah, it seems like it’s going by when we first made a post on Discourse–even though they retroactively gave me badges for years past.
It confused me for a second, as I remember my first post on the SDMB being in July or August 2008, and even remember getting a special “cake day” notice for it last year.

I just got an anniversary badge. If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you got one too. It’s for sticking around for one year. It seems to have reset the join date to the date of the migration which is why I think most people who have been here since then got one as well.
At any rate, happy anniversary for lasting one year since the migration of the SDMB to Discourse.

Hmm. That’s weird. I’ve got 4 of them too, going back to 2018. But they were awarded in June. I joined in November.
