# Homemade ice cream

I’m OK with working with it; I hung around the University Laser Lab a fair amount when I was younger and when I worked with IR gear. I just never have had to purchase it on my own and I’m far away from the U. Thanks for the ideas though, and for reminding people about the hazards. We found out that if you bit the ends off a Twizzler and submerge it into the LN, it shoots little pellets quite a distance as the liquid changes state!!! We made sure we had a deserted lab and all the PPE on…

Don’t do this at home, Kids!!!

I made a candied bacon ice cream once, after being challenged by some friends. It was fun, but got mixed reactions.
