It was Terry Pratchett’s suggestion, not mine, but instead of Homo sapiens, “Wise Man”, we should be called Pan narrans, “Story Telling Ape”.

Along those lines I’d suggest maybe _Pan bos feces_ → Ape full of bullshit.
